Plates, glasses and linen appear on the terrace while you shower and change, or do not. The villa starts to smell of what is coming.

Questions, answered
How do I get back to my booking?
Every booking has its own private booking page: your proposal, your invoices and receipts, your details, and a way to message our team. The link is in every email we send you. Lost it? Choose "My booking" at the top of this site, enter the email you booked with, and we email you the link straight away. No password needed.
What is the deposit and is it refundable?
Your proposal appears the moment you send your request, with a Pay my deposit button. The 30% deposit reserves your date, and paying it accepts your proposal. Dates are limited. Chef Brandon's team takes only a few events each day, and your date is reserved only once your 30% deposit is paid. We hold it for you for 48 hours after your proposal is sent; after that it is released to other guests. Your final invoice for the balance comes 3 days before your event. If you cancel within 7 days of paying your deposit, we refund it less banking commissions; after that it is non-refundable.
Is there a travel fee?
Transport and logistics are $45 per event for up to 10 guests, and $75 for larger parties. A travel fee depends on where you are staying on the island, and every fee is shown on your proposal before you pay anything.
When do I choose my menu?
Once your deposit is in, our team agrees the menu with you, course by course. Message us from your booking page or on WhatsApp before it is confirmed for the kitchen. Allergies and dietary needs are adapted at any point; tell us as soon as you know.
What is the "Chef Brandon live" add-on?
Chef Brandon personally leads and stays present throughout your event. The fee depends on your guest count and is shown on your proposal.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekend dates and holiday periods. You can change your guests, drinks and extras from your booking page until 72 hours before your event; after that the kitchen is shopping and prepping.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies and other dietary needs are all catered for. Tell us each guest and their needs when you book and the menu is adapted around your table.
What happens if there is a delay?
Delays beyond our control carry an hourly fee, shown on your proposal. Please make sure your villa or venue is accessible at the agreed time.
