Questions, answered
What is the deposit and is it refundable?
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The amount is shown on your quote. It is non-refundable under any circumstances, including travel disruptions or a change of plans.
Is there a travel surcharge?
Transport and logistics are included in your quote. Locations more than an hour from Willemstad may add to it.
What is the "Book Chef Brandon Live" add-on?
Chef Brandon can personally lead and stay present throughout your dining experience. The fee depends on your guest count and is shown on your quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates and holiday periods. Your final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours before your event.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, and other dietary needs. Please provide details when completing your booking form.
What happens if there is a delay?
Delays exceeding 1 hour may result in a $100 per person per hour surcharge, or cancellation without refund. Please ensure your villa or venue is accessible at the agreed time.
