Designed to energize, not overload — this is a perfect mid-island adventure reset or poolside power lunch crafted by our Chef and team on site. May be packed for on the go. 🍽️ What’s Included • Cup of soup (beef-chicken-cream of broccoli or corn or green peas) • Caesar salad w/croutons • 1 x entree (quesadilla-wrap-pasta-burgers-pasta) . petit four as dessert 👥 Minimum of 4 guests ⏱️ Duration: approximately 3 hours 📍 Location: your villa or accommodation 💵 Estimated Price: $ 58.- USD per person 🔐 Deposit Required: $ 75.- USD (non-refundable) ⚠️ Final pricing may vary slightly depending on villa location or specific requests. For $60, he’ll prepare and present your Light Lunch with precision, presence and flair. 📌 Must be requested at time of confirmation and is subject to availability 📌 Important Notes 🏠 If your villa host charges a usage fee, it will be added to your final quote 🛣️ Travel surcharges apply to remote Southwest island locations ✅ All adjustments will be confirmed in writing before approval We charge a standard $ 14.- p/hour assistant’s fee each If for any reason beyond our control lunch is delayed a fee will be levied according to the duration 🤝 Code of Conduct To keep things running smoothly, please be ready at the scheduled time, communicate respectfully, and create a welcoming space for our team. Cancellation Policy
📄 BC Private Chef Guest Service Agreement Terms and conditions for a premium private dining experience in Curaçao 1. Booking Confirmation A reservation is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation is provided by our team via WhatsApp or email. Until then, your requested date and time remains open to other clients. 2. Pricing & Final Quote All listed prices are service estimates. Your final quote may vary depending on villa location, accessibility, add-ons, or customizations. Once details are reviewed, a personalized quote will be provided for approval prior to final confirmation. 3. Reservation Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and initiate planning. Deposit amounts vary by service. Delays in payment may result in loss of the requested date and time. 4. Property & Location Fees If your Airbnb, villa, or private venue charges a usage or access fee, it will be added to your final invoice. Villas located in remote or southwest regions of the island may also incur a travel surcharge, which will be disclosed in advance. 5. Guest Count Finalization Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to your event. Any changes after this point may affect pricing and service logistics. Reductions are not eligible for refund. 6. Cancellations & Changes Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the full deposit. Date changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability. All changes must be submitted in writing. 7. Conduct & Experience Integrity All guests are expected to treat our chefs and staff with professionalism and courtesy. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the service without refund. Timeliness is essential — delays of more than 30 minutes may shorten or cancel the experience. Delays of over 1 hour we will charge you a hundred dollars per person per hour. 8. Official Communication Channel All updates, confirmations, and details will be handled via WhatsApp. Please ensure one point of contact remains available before and during the booking process for clear coordination. By submitting your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
